Hello there!
My name is Danielle Calhoun and I am a Graphic Designer living just outside the Twin Cities in Minnesota. I have a BFA in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design which I received from Minnesota State University, Mankato. I was born and raised in Eagan, Minnesota, and I am a definitely a city girl (although I still enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful Minnesota lakes!) I have over 7 years of experience in the design field and a broad range of work experience, including a background in marketing and copywriting. These skills provide me with the unique ability to think big-picture to help fulfill and exceed marketing objectives.
As a creative problem solver, I love receiving new projects or design challenges from a client and working through the dynamic process of research, sketching, and brainstorming concepts to arrive at creative solutions. I love working collaboratively with others while also maintaining a healthy balance of independent work. My interests range across a variety of areas including marketing, branding, print and digital design, photography, illustration, and so much more. I have a great deal of passion for the design process, and I am always seeking out new opportunities to enhance my creative, artistic, and technical abilities.
